WELLESLEY FINE-FAST TRATTORIA LOCATION OPENS

This location marks the fruition of yet another dream spot, in the heart of the beautiful town of Wellesley. It also marks the evolution of the Fiorella's brand, and the introduction of Fiorella’s Roman mythological figure and logo, Flora.

Italian culture is steeped in delicious things, and lifetimes of incredible history. In ancient Roman mythology, Flora was known as the goddess of spring, flowering plants, growth & abundance. She is often portrayed wearing a crown of blooms. Flora inspired our brand assets and Spring-time palette hereafter, with the promise of light, love, flowers, Spring, celebration, the classicism of ancient Rome and making life more delicious.
