FIRST FINE-FAST TRATTORIA EXPERIENCE OPENS IN BRIGHTON.

This was the first fine-fast Trattoria concept, formerly known as Express, which would pave the way for others to follow. Its conception was based on providing a fine, and fast, order at the counter experience, compared to the full-service, sit down and stay a while experience, at our Cucina locations.

The Trattoria experience was created for when time is of the essence, but you still want to enjoy a fine meal made from scratch that celebrates tastes from Italy.
