NEWTONVILLE LOCATION OPENED. KNOWN TODAY AS OUR FIRST FULL-SERVICE FIORELLA’S CUCINA, NEWTON.

The first of many milestones to come, Remon opened his very first restaurant, Fiorella’s, in Newtonville at 23 years old. Working day and night, he would not only serve the guests, but cook the food and wash the dishes – all at the same time! The business grew organically over the years as he passionately pursued to master the art of hospitality. His success was an intricate balance of his entrepreneurial business savvy, creating unique and delicious tasting Italian-inspired food, and the creation of a flavor-filled family culture along the way. To date we have three full-service Cucinas locations, in Newton, Concord and coming soon to Burlington. They are your full-service, sit down and stay awhile, neighborhood gem.
