Chef Ray

Having worked in many different styles of restaurants across Boston, in order to learn and grow creatively from a culinary perspective, Ray landed as chef at our Concord location, and has now been a member of the Fiorella’s family for the past 4 years. Ray is integral in making life more delicious for our guests, always going above and beyond when creating a new dish, or just preparing a simple cheese pizza.

He is open-minded and thoughtful in his decision-making, considering his team and guests with every choice. Whether a special occasion is being celebrated, or a fun night out with friends, no matter how simple or complicated the dish – everything he creates is from the heart and made with love. A true team player, Ray not only prioritizes providing the best possible food experiences for our guests, but works hard at developing team members under his care.

Nick

Culinary Director

Nick started working in restaurants at the age of 15, and accepted his first chef position running a kitchen at 18. During his culinary journey, Nick had the honor of being invited to cook at the James Beard House in NYC. Two decades into his restaurant career, and having his own pizza oven at home, you could say that life in the restaurant industry and at the heart of the kitchen, was meant to be.

 Nick joined the Fiorella’s family in August 2016, and has been an integral part of our culinary operations, and creating a vibrant environment for our guests and team ever since. An extroverted introvert, his witty sense of humor, thoughtfulness, and positive energy are loved by all who know him.

When not at Fiorella’s, he loves spending time with his wife, daughter, extended family and friends, playing golf, and enjoying his extensive and impressive Bourbon collection.

Thank you so much for all you do for our team and our guests, Nick. We appreciate your genuine warmth, energy and strong leadership that you bring to each and every day. We are so honored and grateful to have you be a part of the Fiorella’s family.
