THE YEAR "CAFÉ FIORELLA" WAS ESTABLISHED.

Remon's Father, Marcel, owned and operated the original Cafe Fiorella concept for 22 years. Marcel was known in Belmont for his delicious pizza, devotion to his Christian faith and charming personality. Remon grew up in his Father's pizza cafe, making pizzas at 13 years old, alongside his father, and learning the business from a young age.

Marcel's dedication to family and his church paired with his optimism and hard-working nature, are traits that are mirrored in his son. Remon’s entrepreneurial spirit, and a delicious life centered around food with hospitality from the heart, became second nature to him. And with that base foundation, Fiorella’s started to evolve and grow.
