Every Italian kitchen needs an Italian Mama and that’s our manager, Mary Carresi. Her earliest childhood memories are the smell of red sauce wafting from the kitchen while her extended Italian family gathered around the table. Born to immigrant parents, Mary was raised with a rich Italian heritage and a love and knowledge for the cuisine. After raising her own three children, and years of hosting dinner parties for friends and family, Mary decided the hospitality industry was a natural fit. She started working in Italian restaurants, where her natural warmth and love for making others happy led to a role in restaurant management.

Mary joined Fiorella’s in 2005, and guests and staff alike have come to know and love her for the warmth, kindness, and hospitality that makes everyone feel at home. She adds that personal, authentic touch to the Fiorella’s experience that only a true Italian mama can provide.
